Supporting young minds through Mindfulness and Resilience
With a deep passion for children's well-being and extensive expertise in teaching, I empower young ones to transform daily challenges into joy and presence through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and energy work.
Each session is conducted in person and tailored to meet the unique needs of every child.
Building on my background as a kindergarten teacher, kids' yoga instructor, and advocate for well-being in schools, I am dedicated to fostering resilience in children.
I offer both one-on-one and group sessions for ages 8 to 16. Currently, I am studying the "Pathways to Resilience" 10-week program designed for schools in the UK, with plans to implement it in schools and for children in Switzerland. Together, we can cultivate essential tools for emotional well-being and personal growth.
TIMING: 30 - 45 min (depending on the child's age)
